Σας πληροφορούμε ότι στο πλαίσιο των τακτικών του ενημερωτικών εκδηλώσεων, το Ινστιτούτο Εσωτερικών Ελεγκτών Ελλάδας σας προσκαλεί στις 21 Σεπτεμβρίου 2023 στις 5:30μμ-7:00μμ στη διαδικτυακή θεματική βραδιά με θέμα: Europe Economic Outlook: Rebound or Relapse – Inflation is on a downward trajectory, mainly thanks to low energy prices, but it will continue to hurt European business and households in the near term – Sharp rise in wages, while limit the loss of purchasing power for households, represent a risk to businesses – Excessive increase in margins by corporates, at least in some sectors, has also been adding to persistence of inflationary pressures – Although the European Central Bank finished its monetary policy tightening round, rates are unlikely to start coming down until mid-2024 – Overall, euro zone economy has entered shallow technical recession at the start of the year but there are significant cross country differences, with Greece outperforming the “core” countries Ομιλήτρια: Anna Zabrodzka-Averianov, Senior Economist at Group Risk Analysis Anna Zabrodzka-Averianov joined the Risk Analysis Team at Intrum as the Senior Economist in 2021, enhancing our expertise by providing macroeconomic analysis and research. Prior to joining Intrum, Anna worked for 10 years as an economist at Moody’s Analytics, where she was leading the EMEA economic analysis and forecasting activities of the research team, including development and calibration of alternative macroeconomic scenarios. In particular, she oversaw generation of regulatory scenarios, which were part of the stress testing exercises of key central banks, including CCAR, PRA and EBA, as well as, various custom consulting projects with major banks and other financial institutions worldwide, for ICAAP and IFRS9 purposes. Anna holds a MSc. in Quantitative Economics form J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt and a BSc. in Economics and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
