We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our People team as a Talent & Employee Experience Specialist. 



The position refers to an individual with experience in auditing who will work across our global organization to identify business risks and help manage their impact on the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying operational, compliance and financial risks in business processes, evaluating the design of internal controls and participating in/leading audits to assess the effectiveness of processes and controls.

Key accountabilities:

Understand the auditable universe including strategy, products, business processes, technology and related regulatory environment

Contribute to the ongoing enterprise risk assessment process and the development of a dynamic audit plan to address high risk areas

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement

Participate in and/or lead audit engagements of the Company’s business units and processes

Perform audit work that adds value to Management while being consistent with the internal methodology and international standards

Document work performed, draft audit findings and discuss them with auditees

Prepare the drafting of audit reports

Verify and assess the effective implementation of the agreed action plans aimed at addressing the audit findings impacting the Company

Participate, in an advisory capacity, in key projects contributing to the building of a robust internal control system.




University degree and/or post graduate degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance  or other related discipline

Professional qualification (CIA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) or be in the process of qualifying or willing to pursue a professional qualification

5-8 years of professional experience in auditing

Experience in the area of ICT and/or in ICT audits will be considered an asset

Ability to write clear and concise audit findings and reports in English language

Knowledge of the International Standards of Internal Auditing & Practices

Good understanding of retail and/or wholesale lending or remedial operations will be considered an advantage

Familiarity with project management principles and practices

Analytical and synthetic mind with a problem-solving aptitude

Critical thinker and control oriented

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to cooperate effectively with team members.
